A sheriff's office says a man is facing charges after a brawl at a bar overnight in Jackson County, Illinois.
A Jackson County deputy witnessed a disturbance on the parking lot of VanZandt's Tavern, 101 Union Ave. in Dowell.Tony Feggins had grabbed money from two different men inside the bar. When confronted, Feggins hit a man in the face, causing a minor cut, according to the sheriff's office.Feggins then got into a vehicle and left the parking lot. Witnesses were able to identify the vehicle and deputies managed to stop it. He was later identified by witnesses.
