Police in Paducah, Kentucky have identified and charged a second man in connection with robbing a man at gunpoint on Friday, Jan. 2.
According to police, the second man involved in an armed robbery was identified as James M. Fields, 19. He was charged in a warrant with first degree robbery.
Bajhauan A. "B.J." Southward was also charged in a warrant with first degree robbery and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
According to police a man told them that at 12:30 a.m. on Friday he was leaving the Brickhouse on Boyd Street when the suspect and a second man he knows as "J.D." approached him.
The man said Southward pulled out a gun and the pair demanded money.
Police are also looking for the man believed to be called "J.D."
They identified "J.D." as Fields and got an arrest warrant for him on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
Police say Fields is described as 6 feet tall and very thin. They say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
