ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - The first of four trials is set in the case of a St. Francois County, Missouri couple found dead in their burned home back in April 2014.

According to court records, Lee Maxwell's murder trial will begin in the Summer of 2015.

Lee, of Ironton, Missouri, is accused in the deaths of Stanley Halter, and his wife Tammy.

Both were found shot to death and their Bismarck, Missouri home set on fire.

William Carrico and Adam Moore should find out when they'll go on trial sometime in 2015.

The Halter's son, Dallas, is accused of pulling the trigger.

After several delays, he'll face a judge to be arraigned in February.
