Man accused of stealing, inhaling cans of compressed air

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

A Marble Hill, Missouri man is accused of stealing, inhaling cans of compressed air in Cape Girardeau store.

Randy A. Noce, 28, was charged with misdemeanor stealing and class D felony inhalation of solvent fumes.

His bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

According to Cape Girardeau police, officers were called to Kmart around 1:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 for a report of a man who was unconscious in the bathroom.

When they arrived, police say they found Noce unconscious on the bathroom floor with several empty cans of compressed air around him.

According to police, the cans were reported missing from the shelves of the store and they hadn't been paid for.

When Noce woke up, he was arrested.
