Bloomfield man dies while working in grain bin

BLOOMFIELD, MO (KFVS) - A Bloomfield man died while working in a grain bin Tuesday afternoon.

Kenneth Wayne Hurley, 54 of Bloomfield was working in a grain bin east of Bloomfield on Highway E near Idalia sucking out beans when the bottom fell out under him around 1:30 p.m., according to Stoddard County Coroner Kenny Pope

Pope says Hurley's death has been ruled accidental.

Hurley was originally from Tennessee. He'd been in the area for six months.
