Butler County, MO brothers found guilty of illegal gun sales

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Brothers from Butler County, Missouri have been found guilty. They were accused of selling guns illegally for years.

On Tuesday, Nov. 25, a federal jury convicted John Rush on four of the five counts against him. They found is brother David guilty on both counts he faced.

Authorities say the brothers sold guns to out of state buyers at gun shows and out of the back of their vehicles.

The brothers will be sentenced on Feb. 23.
