Horses in Graves Co. animal cruelty case in need of rescue

GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

The Graves County Sheriff's Office is looking for someone to care for three horses that are part of an animal cruelty case.

According to a post on the official Facebook page for the sheriff's office, there is an open case and charges are pending against the owners and officials are looking for someone to take care of the animals while the case continues.

Officials say they cannot guarantee that the person who rescues the horses will be reimbursed for expenses but the person will be able to keep the horses after the case has ended.
