MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Three people went to the hospital after a crash on House Road on Nov. 12, according to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department.

Around 7:05 p.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle crash on Houser Road just north of Lebanon Church Road.

When they arrived, deputies say they found 47-year-old Jeffrey Adams from Paducah, was driving a gold 2002 Honda Odyssey southbound on House Road when a deer ran in front of the car.

Deputies say Adams swerved to the right to avoid the animal and hit a tree just off the right side of the road.

Adams, along with his two passengers, 50-year-old Debbie Keeling and 52-year-old Drema Robertson, both from Paducah, were treated and taken by ambulance to a hospital with minor injuries.

According to deputies, House Road was closed to traffic for about an hour for the investigation and clean-up.
