Sikeston DPS investigate after repots of gunshots fired

SIKESTON, MO (KFVS) -

Sikeston, Missouri authorities are investigating several reports of fired gunshots.

One incident happened around 10:15 Wednesday night on Fletcher Street. That's according to Capt. Jim McMillen.

McMillen says two men, both from Charleston, reportedly got into a fight and it's believed one of them shot at the other.

No one got hurt.

McMillen says they also got a report of gunfire on Crowe Street Thursday night around 9:30 p.m.

McMillen said officers did not find any evidence to confirm it.
