PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - A Paducah, Kentucky man was arrested after he allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint outside of a southside Paducah business on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
Harvey Hubbard, 55, was arrested on a warrant charging him with first degree robbery.
According to police, the victim said she was waiting at the business on Irvin Cobb Drive to pick her husband up from work when a man wearing a camouflage handkerchief over his mouth and nose approached her car, pulled a gun and demanded money.
The woman told police she gave the man her wallet and some change. He then ran away.
Police responded to the scene and they said K-9 officer Huub and his handler tracked the suspect to a home in the 300 block of Thurman Street.
According to police, the got a search warrant for the home and an arrest warrant for Hubbard based on witness statements.
They say Hubbard had left the area before the K-9 track, but was arrested when he came back.
Hubbard was interviewed by police and they booked him into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Police say more charges are pending.
