McRoberts sidelined with fractured foot

(KFVS) -

(Cape Girardeau, Mo.) -- Southeast Missouri State star junior wide receiver Paul McRoberts will miss at least the next four weeks with a fractured right foot. McRoberts suffered the injury sometime during the third quarter of the Redhawks upset win over No. 3 Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday.

McRoberts also needed an IV while battling cramps, but managed to stay in the game and score the game-winning touchdown with 4.6 seconds remaining. He was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week in the Ohio Valley Conference for his performance.

McRoberts leads all of Football Championship Subdivision players with 6 receiving touchdowns through the first four games of the season. He ranks 12th with 364 receiving yards.
