Drones showed off in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Southeast Missouri state University's department of marketing and management showed advertising professionals how they can benefit from drone technology.

A drone pilot talked about the future of the technology.

"The last thing I read was that drones are going to be $80-$90 billion year industry in the not-too-distant future and 75 billion of that is agriculture, it's it's huge and it's already being done in places like Australia and Japan and places in Europe, and so it's, it's coming it's it's out there, it's just a matter of time," said drone pilot Andrew Chronister.

They also included legal advice on the use of drones.
