    September is National Preparedness Month and officials are giving a list of the basics that the public should always have on hand in case of an emergency. Always have water, a battery powered flashlight and a first aid kit and have them on hand before an emergency hits.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A man suspected of performing illegal liposuction procedures out of his Tucson home is behind bars.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department says 51-year-old Gustavo Nunez performed multiple procedures without a license at his residence in the 8600 block of N. Bobby Jones Drive at Omni Tucson National Resort on the northwest side.

Authorities booked Nunez into the Pima County Adult Detention Center on June 28 on charges of practicing medicine without a license. A sheriff's department spokesman says a potential witness was hospitalized following a visit to the suspect on Friday.

This isn't the first time Nunez has been arrested on these kind of charges. In August 2103, following a three-month investigation, Nunez and his medical aide were arrested on suspicion of performing illegal liposuction and breast augmentation procedures that sent patients to the emergency room with infections.

Anyone with further information related to this incident is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
