WASHINGTON (WFSB) -

Dyson is recalling more than 330,000 portable heaters because of a fire hazard.

Officials said the heaters are 23 inches tall with no external blades and were sold in three different models and seven different colors.

Dyson says they have been notified of 82 incidents involving the systems overheating; however, no one has been injured.

The units were sold at stores nationwide, including Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Sears and Target, for about $399.

Anyone who owns one of the units should immediately stop using it and contact Dyson for a free repair kit.
