It was a dangerous day in the Heartland for all drivers, with semi-truck jack-knifes and crashes that our cameras were able to get to during yesterday's wintry weather. So what's it like driving a 25-ton big rig on icy roads? Todd Tumminia asked a few truck-drivers to get their perspective.

    The City of Cape Girardeau Storm Water crew has closed the 100 block of North Water Street between Broadway and Themis for an emergency storm line repair. Traffic will not be allowed on this portion of North Water Street while work is being done.
