GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

A third suspect in a 2006 drug robbery and murder in which the victim's body was found in the trunk of a burning car is in custody.

Pedro Pineda-Manriquez, 36, was stopped by Phoenix police during a routine traffic stop Tuesday and turned over to Glendale police.

Manriquez-Pineda had been sought in connection with the death of Edgar Santellanes, whose body was found in the burning car on June 10, 2006, in Glendale.

Victor Baca and Heriberto Amaro are already in custody.

Baca was seen driving a brown pickup leaving the burning vehicle. Two others, Amaro and a man he identified as Mike Lopez, jumped and ran from the vehicle.

Baca told police he, Amaro and Lopez went to Santellanes' home to rob him of marijuana. They put Santellanes in the trunk of the car and set it on fire by Amaro and Lopez, he said.

Baca also told police Amaro and Lopez owned a body shop called Yuko's in Phoenix. Police later determined Lopez was Manriquez-Pineda, but they were never able to locate him.

Amaro was found in Mexico and extradited to the U.S.

Manriquez-Pineda was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of first-degree murder during a crime and armed robbery with a deadly weapon.

New federal regulations have changed what many kids who attend public schools eat for lunch at school. However, some area private schools don't have to follow those rules and have come up with their own new school lunch program.
