(CNN) - The teams are set. The countdown is on. Denver and Seattle fans thinking of heading east to see their teams play in the Super Bowl still have some travel options, but they won't be cheap.
Some fans say they'd do anything to see their team play in the Super Bowl, but paying anything is a different story.
On Stub Hub, among the secondary markets where fans are most likely to snag late tickets, the cost starts at more than $2,400.
The bright spot of the stadium being within the bright lights of the Big Apple, there are plenty of hotel rooms and three major airports.
Travel website TripAdvisor crunched the numbers and fans have options, if they are prepared to pay up.
"If you're planning to go from Denver or Seattle, you're looking to spend about $400 dollars at this point if you're traveling from Denver roundtrip to New York. From Seattle, you're looking at about a $600 flight," Brooke Ferencsik with TripAdvisor said.
Those fares, however, are steadily climbing. For the best deals, shorten or stretch a trip.
"The key is to be flexible with your travel schedule. The peak airfares that you're looking at right now are going to be flying in on Friday and leaving the New York area on Monday," Frencsik said.
Flying in on Saturday and leaving Tuesday or Wednesday can save money. So can researching a wider radius for hotels.
TripAdvisor found the most expensive rooms, closest to the stadium in New Jersey, and across the river in Manhattan still below $500 per night on average.
Travel website Orbitz also has a special Super Bowl tool for finding flights and rooms around the weekend of the big game.
