SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

Multiple crews are currently fighting a house fire on Lambert Street in Scott County.

According to Randall Briggs with Miner Fire Department, the fire started Friday night around 7.

The fire was put out Friday night, but rekindled Saturday morning around 8:30.

One person was inside at the time of the fire and was taken to a local hospital.

The name and extent of injuries of the victim are unknown at this time.

According to our crew on the scene just off County Road 541, east of Miner, the house is still on fire and is a total loss.

Currently no other details are available.

The investigation into the cause is ongoing.
