Missouri execution - Fracking - Happy Slapowitz

Missouri has executed a Kansas City man convicted in the 1994 death of a good Samaritan.

Hydraulic Fracturing or "fracking" may soon be on the ballot in Johnson County, Illinois. The group Southern Illinoisans Against Fracturing our Environment (SAFE) plans to turn in more than enough signatures to get a question put to voters in March.
