We are all hands on deck covering Winter Storm '13.

A few thousand are still without power, mostly in the Bootheel of Missouri. Road conditions continue to be treacherous after the pounding of ice, sleet, and snow has made it very difficult for road crews to keep roads clear. MoDOT is urging travelers to stay off the roads.

The Jackson County Board Chairman has declared a State of Emergency for Jackson County, Illinois.

Rachel Gartner talked with the family that was rescued last night from an icy ditch near West Frankfort, Illinois.
