Indiana Excise Police say no charges will be filed against the Busy Body Lounge in Evansville.

Even though we censored what was on the sign, you can clearly see the club was offering something for free if the customer bought a private dance.

The sign was only up for five hours, but it caused a lot of talk. Officials say the owner admitted it was a drink and not something else that was being offered.

14 News is told by Excise Police that the employee who put up the sign no longer works at the club.
