CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Two men are in custody after a man was shot in the abdomen in Cape Girardeau.

Trevon Starnes, 20, and Lance Lewis, 27, both of Cape Girardeau were arrested. Both face a number of charges including assault and armed criminal action, according to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Police were called to a vacant house where the shooting occurred on Nov. 12 around 4 p.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital.

Starnes was taken to jail with a $250,000 cash only bond.

Lewis bond was set at $200,000.

Starnes was arrested earlier this week at a probation & parole office.

Lewis arrested Sunday at a home on Whitener in Cape Girardeau.
