BROOKPORT, IL (KFVS) -

The American Red Cross has coordinated with about 15 other agencies and what that looks like is this multi-area resource center.

Folks can come to the Brookport Elementary School gym between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday to find a number of different services.

Red Cross officials say they can answer questions about housing, if they lost any important documents, long term solutions for food or housing or even where to find insurance.

They'll then help families connect with different agencies to get those solutions met.

Before coming in, you're going to have to be able to show some sort of ID or bill to show proof of residency.

"We are trying to concentrate it in a couple of days so that people can get here quickly to know what the resources are," said Cindy Erikson with the Red Cross. "We will be around, the organizations will be here or they can contact us to get additional information or two months from now they can certainly contact us."
