MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A man and woman face charges after an investigation into the theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
State Police began the investigation on November 12, after the victim reported her credit card had been taken while she visited Calvert City.
On Wednesday, Crystal Cowen, 27, of Paducah was charged with six counts of forgery 2nd, five counts of criminal trespassing, receiving a stolen credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card over $500 and attempted fraudulent use of a credit card over $500.
Kevin Goff, 19, of Grand Rivers was charged with theft of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card over $500, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card over $500 and six counts of complicity to commit forgery 2nd degree.
Cowen was booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail. Goff was booked into the Marshall County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police were assisted by the McCracken County Sheriff Department, Paducah Police Department, and the Calvert City Police Department during the investigation.
