KSP: 3 facing burglary charges

GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Troopers say three men are facing burglary charges out of Graves County.

On Wednesday around 4 p.m., the Kentucky State Police responded to a home on KY 97 to investigate a burglary.

Officers say when the homeowner arrived, she noticed a car parked behind her house and saw three people leaving on foot.

The homeowner discovered several items were missing from her home. 

As KSP was approaching the scene, three men were seen walking on KY 97 and detained.

Dewey L. Harrison 23, of Mayfield; Deangelo M. Saxton 20, of Mayfield; and Labront L. Scott 19, of Murray were charged with burglary second degree (class d felony) and tampering with physical evidence (class d felony).

The suspects were taken to the Graves County Detention Center.

The investigation continues by KSP who was assisted by the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.
