Meetings scheduled to help people understand Affordable Care Act

(KFVS) -

People wondering what the Affordable Care Act might mean for them have two chances to find out on Thursday, November 21.

Different groups will be conducting the meetings, but they both cover things like how to sign up and what plans and tax credits might be available.

The first meeting will be at the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. It starts at 6 p.m. and is hosted by the Area Agency on Aging.

Get Covered in Illinois will host a similar meeting at 5 p.m. on the campus of John A. Logan College in Carterville, Ill. It'll be in Conference Room 118.
