Before the storms made it to Brookport, they brought devastation to Scott County, Mo. Today we heard from a claims adjuster who's now on the other side of those claims. Watch Heartland News at 9 and 10 for more.

Several homes were destroyed in Scott County from an unconfirmed tornado. You can click here to see the heart-stopping video two Scott County brothers, formerly from New Zealand, shot on Sunday.

Four-year-old Marshall Pullen is re-learning things he was just starting to master such as walking, talking and just being a kid. Battling a rare brain tumor only highlighted his "never give up" spirit. Tonight, Todd Tumminia will share the story of this week's Heartland Hero.

Taney County authorities say a skeleton found recently in southwest Missouri was a man missing since 2006. The sheriff's office said dental records confirmed the remains belonged to Matthew Needham of Fredericktown.

The Dexter Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 14-year-old girl. According to police, Gracie May Stephens was last seen on cameras walking south, leaving the Dexter High School campus after lunch. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 113 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a maroon coat and black pants.

Four people were accused of breaking into a home and a holding a woman and her daughters at gunpoint. The four ended up running from the scene, according to Pulaski County Sheriff's Department.

This could be a Thanksgiving Day disaster for some Butterball turkey fans. There is a shortage of large, fresh Butterball turkeys this year. Find out why by clicking here.

In national news, George Zimmerman was arrested on Monday and taken to the Seminole County jail, according to Dennis Lemma of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. He has been charged with aggravated assault, batter-domestic violence and criminal mischief.
