MILWAUKEE (WISN/CNN) - A Wisconsin man is back home after he says he came face to face with the gunman in the Los Angeles International Airport shooting.
Leon Saryan was greeted by his family at a Milwaukee Airport Saturday.
A day earlier he says he was in a security line at LAX when shots rang out.
"A TSA worker came and said, 'You got to get out of here, you got to get out of here.' So we started running down toward the gate and I hid in this little corner here," Saryan said.
Saryan says the gunman then approached him and asked if he was a TSA agent - he said, 'no.'
The FBI says Paul Ciancia, 23, is the gunman who killed a TSA agent and shot three others.
Agents say he was then shot by airport police and is now in the hospital "unresponsive."
