Ryan Buckingham, the director of emergency management, said residents traveling in the are should still use caution as workers will still be on site finishing up the cleaning efforts.

According to officials, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) train carrying coal derailed near the Mitchell Lake area off of Yellowbanks Road around 1:30 p.m. They say a total of 19 cars detailed during the incident.
