Report: Bradford tears ACL, out for season

and ProFootballTalk reported late Sunday night that Rams quarterback Sam Bradford suffered a torn ACL in his left knee and will miss the remainder of the season.

Bradford was tackled near the far sidelines in the fourth quarter of St. Louis's 30-15 loss to Carolina and stayed down on the ground in obvious pain. He was carted off the field and an MRI in St. Louis confirmed the ACL injury.

The Rams will work out quarterback replacements Monday. Kellen Clemens is currently the only other QB on the active roster.
