MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

A man is missing after his girlfriend was arrested on Wednesday evening for drug allegations.

Detectives from the McCracken County Sheriff's Department began an investigation after receiving complaints of alleged drug trafficking out of the home of Paducah woman Lisa Plasiance and Charles Meeks, located at 4118 Benton Road.

The detectives found methamphetamine, digital scales, smoking pipes, marijuana and other items that indicated drug trafficking in home, according to the sheriff's department.

Police say Plasiance was home at the time of the search and was arrested. She was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Plasiance was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Police are now searching for Meeks.

Meeks was on felony probation from a 2010 manufacturing methamphetamine conviction out of Ballard County where he received a ten year sentence, but was later put on probation.

Meeks is a 38-year-old white male about six feet tall and 230 pounds.

Those with information regarding Meeks whereabouts are asked to call crimestoppers at 270-443-TELL. A cash award of up to $1000 could be offered.
