CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

There is no snow in the forecast, but it looks like there is some on the ground at the courthouse in downtown Cape Girardeau.

As you probably know, it's not real, but fake snow set up for a winter scene in the movie "Gone Girl."

We are not sure what it has made of but it looks like some kind of cloth or a blanket.

Filmmakers will be in town for a couple more weeks.

The movie features stars like Ben Affleck, Tyler Perry and Neil Patrick Harris.
