CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Hi I'm Chef Jeff and I'm in the kitchen today making stove top healthy macaroni and cheese.
I'm going to add in about three slices of butter. I have some shallot. I'm going to come with a little bit of fresh thyme. I'm going to cook down the onions and sweat them down.
I'm going to add a little bit of two percent milk. I'm going to go with about a half of pound of pasta. I'm going to add a bit of fresh garlic. Here we have a little bit of parsley. I'm going to come with some fresh ground black pepper. I have about a cup in a half of pulled chicken.
Here we got some graded cheddar. We have another sharp cheddar here. Now we have smoked gouda.
This pasta here takes about a good fifteen minutes, if all your stuff is prepped ahead of time.
