Crews fight house fire near Marble Hill

MARBLE HILL, MO (KFVS) - Fire crews fought a house fire in Bollinger County near Marble Hill Wednesday morning.

Marble Hill Fire Chief Jim Bollinger says a house caught fire around 8 a.m. at a house on County Road 456. That's about a half mile off of Hwy. 34.

When firefighters arrived, the rear of the house was engulfed in flames.

No one was home at the time.

Crews put out the fire.

The house sustained heavy smoke damage throughout the house. The rear part of the house was heavily damaged by flames.

No on was injured.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
