CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Additional casting calls are being held for extras in the movie "Gone Girl."

The 20th Century Fox film is based on the NY Times Best Seller "Gone Girl."

The additional casting calls are being held specifically for men & women (30 yrs +). All types are encouraged to apply.

The film is shooting in the Cape Girardeau area.

Tuesday, crews were at Giant City State Park in southern Illinois shooting part of the film.

On Thursday, September 19 about 750 people showed up to Rose Theatre to audition for a role in the movie.

Those interested should attend one of the three additional casting calls below or submit online at www.gonegirlcasting.com.

Anyone who signed up at the August casting calls is asked to not go again.

Friday, Sept. 20
Time: 11am – 5pm (drop-in anytime during these hours)
Location: West Park Mall
3049 William Street
Use the main mall entrance & follow signs ‘Gone Girl Extras Casting'

Saturday, Sept. 21
Time: 10am – 3pm (drop-in anytime during these hours)
Location: Rose Theatre @ Southeast Missouri State University
(corner of Pacific & Watkins)
Parking available next to the Theatre.
