Salukis Dismiss Running Back McCall

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) - The  Southern Illinois University football team has dismissed Junior Running back Mika'il McCall for disciplinary reasons.
McCall, who transferred to SIU from Iowa, made five starts last season rushing for 513 yards and scoring nine touchdowns.
McCall also scored a touchdown in this years season opening loss to Illinois and gained 24 yards on seven carriers.
SIU head coach Dale Lennon said the Salukis have enough depth at the running back position with Ken Malcome, Tay Willis and Malcolm Agnew.
The 0-1 Salukis will host Eastern Illinois Saturday at 6:00 p.m.
