3 men charged in separate sexual crimes involving children

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Three Missouri men have been charged in separate sexual crimes involving children.

According to Missouri court papers, David R. Thron of St. Louis, Mo. is being charged with five counts of sexual misconduct or attempt involving a child under 15 in Butler County. The court papers say the charges involve five children from the ages of six to two.

Court papers say Charles W. Barham, of Cape Girardeau County was charged with two counts of statutory sodomy first degree involving two children under 14 years of age. Court papers state that he had sexual intercourse in several different locations.

According to the court papers, Robert O. Williams, from Reynolds, Mo. was charged with one count of statutory rape first degree along with two counts of statutory rape second degree involving a child less than 14 years of age. The papers say Williams had sexual encounters three different times dating back to Oct. 20, 2010.
