BENTON, MO (KFVS) - Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter says a Sikeston man is facing drug-related charges after drugs and other items were found by officers in a home early Sunday.
Robert Kallbreier, 54, of Sikeston, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, felony second-degree domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
It began when officers responded to a reported assault call at around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Information gathered by officers at the scene resulted in a search of the home. Officers say narcotics, drug paraphernalia, money and a handgun was found.
Kallbreier was taken to the Scott County Jail on $35,000 bond.
