CHICAGO (AP) - A Chicago man is facing drug charges after police say he tried to hide more than two dozen packages of PCP-laced drugs in his 2-year-old daughter's pants.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports (http://bit.ly/1cBbEKB ) 24-year-old Emmanuel Wiggins was arrested Monday after a traffic stop on the city's West Side.
Police were questioning Wiggins about why toddler wasn't in a car seat when they noticed a bulge in the girl's pants. Inside, they found 26 tin foil packages with drugs, all stuffed inside a plastic bag.
The girl was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Wiggins was charged with drug possession and child endangerment and was being held on $25,000 bond.
No telephone listing for Wiggins could be found and it wasn't immediately clear if he had a lawyer.
