Suspect accused of using stolen debit card in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) -

Authorities have identified the suspect accused of using a stolen debit card, according to the SEMO Cyber Crimes Task Force.

Police say the stolen card was used on July 3 at Wal-Mart in Poplar Bluff and in Corning, Arkansas.

It was used to purchase pre-paid phones and phone card minutes.

Police say the card was lost inside the Wal-Mart store in Poplar Bluff.

The suspect found the card and starting making purchases.

The name of the suspect has not been released.
