About half of the states have made the decision to expand Medicaid. Missouri lawmakers are currently debating the matter in Jefferson City. How will what legislators decide impact the state, and those currently living without health insurance?

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Two men were arrested Monday, July 29 for DUI and arrest warrants after Kentucky State Police pulled over a truck for allegedly speeding on the newly-opened US 60 Ledbetter Bridge.

Byron Hopkins was charged with driving under the influence.

Jesus Armando was arrested for having two warrants for failure to appear.

According to KSP, around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, the new bridge was opened for the public. Around 10 p.m., they say a trooper say a red 2000 Chevy Silverado, driven by Hopkins, crossing the bridge at a high speed. When police pulled the truck over, they say they found Hopkins under the influence and arrested him.

Hopkins' passenger, Armando, was found to have two warrants for failure to appear. Police arrested him too. Both were taken to the McCracken County Jail.

As a reminder to the public, KSP said they will continue their presence in the area of the bridge.
