Today, we spoke with the Louisiana coroner who performed the autopsy on radio personality, David "Kidd" Kraddick. Kraddick died Saturday in New Orleans while attending a golf tournament for a nonprofit organization for children, which he started.  It happened fast and with no warning, according to those close to him.

"The preliminary autopsy report on Mr. Kraddick revealed that he had an enlarged heart," Dr. Granville Morse, Jefferson Parish Deputy Coroner, said.

Dr. Morse, the coroner who performed the autopsy on Kraddick, said three arteries were diseased with between 40 and 80% blockage.

"He had complained to someone two days prior about chest pain and if that is true, and that did occur, that would have been a very great opportunity to get evaluation for his heart," Dr. Morse, said. "Usually the combination of the cardiovascular disease and an enlarged heart can lead to someone going into what's called a dysrhythmia."

After taking a final golf swing at the charity event for Kidd's Kids, Kraddick returned to his bus. Sources say he wasn't feeling well. That's when he collapsed. By the time he arrived at Oschner West Bank Hospital in Louisiana, resuscitation efforts had already begun.

"Every good thing I have in my life, my career, is because of him and just beyond devastated and we honestly didn't know this was going to happen," said Kellie Rasberry, a member of Kraddick's radio show,  "Kidd Kraddick in the Morning.

Monday was the first morning back for the Dallas-based "Kidd Kraddick in the Morning" radio program following Kraddick's death.

Remaining cast members spent the morning telling stories and reminiscing.

"I knew what it felt like to be divorced and now I feel like I know what it's like to be a widow," Raspberry said.

Fans appeared outside the studio to show support. His coworkers said Kraddick died doing what he loved - charity for children.

Kraddick's morning show is broadcast on more than 75 stations nationally. It is canceled for the remainder of the week.

He leaves behind a daughter, Caroline, who he frequently gushed about on the air, and his fiancé.
