The remains of a man found in a St. Francois County septic tank yesterday have been identified as that of 38-year-old Sam Francis, according to Coroner Jim Coplin. Tyler Profilet has been following the story all day. You can click here for more.

The body of another Missouri man, Chad Rogers, is believed to have been found today also. The body was apparently found in a portable toilet set up on South Valley Junior High School in Liberty, Mo.
