FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A woman pleaded guilty to lesser charges in connection with the deaths of four people in Ripley County.

Chantale Youngblood pleaded guilty to lesser charges of four counts of second degree murder, according to a spokesperson with the Missouri Attorney General's Office.

She will be sentenced in August.

Youngblood was originally charged with four counts of first degree murder.

A Shannon County jury found Chantale's mother, Melissa Youngblood guilty on two counts of murder in the first degree back in February.

Melissa Youngblood was charged in connection with the deaths of Ed Atkinson and Bonnie Chase, who died in July of 2010.

Police say the two were shot to death and their home set on fire.

Melissa Youngblood was the first of four defendants to stand trial.

Her husband David Youngblood pleaded guilty in June 2012 of killing not only Atkinson and Chase, but two other people as well.

Police say Irene and Loyd Piatt were also shot and killed, and their home set on fire in June 2010.

Irene's nephew is David Youngblood. His daughter Chantale and Keith Boyles were all charged in connection with both cases.
