Boy Scouts learn skills at Jackson City Park

Posted: Updated:
JACKSON, MO (KFVS) -

Boy Scouts went to camp at Jackson City Park.

They're on a mission to train to be great Boy Scouts.

"They learn a lot about cooperation, we have taken them swimming to test out their abilities that way so they've had to learn a little bit about patience and a little bit about honesty and a little bit about citizenship," said Kim Anello, camp director. "Everybody has done a flag ceremony this week. So they've got to do some participating that way."

The camp started on Monday and ended Friday.

One hundred and four scouts from the Cape Girardeau, Jackson and Perryville areas took part in the camp.
