Paducah woman facing charges stemming from stolen credit card

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

A Paducah woman is facing charges in connection to using a stolen credit card.

Barbara Dillworth, 36, of Paducah was charged Thursday with fraudulent use of credit card in 6 month period, a class A misdemeanor.

On April 1, 2013, the McCracken County Sheriff's Office began investigating an incident involving the use of a stolen credit card. The card belonged to Donald Case was used over a four month period without his permission.

Case discovered the credit card activity when he received a bill for over $2,000.

Investigators say Barbara Dillworth of Paducah was using the stolen credit card.

Officers say Dillworth used the card Pugh's Midway, Tractor Supply, Wal-Mart, Dollar General and other local businesses.

She was taken to the McCracken County Jail on $2,500 bond.
