(KFVS) - The National Weather Service in Paducah issued a tornado warning for Cape Girardeau County.

Here are some reports from the NWS:

8:45 p.m. - Tress and power lines down in Grandview and Rockport

8:38 p.m. - Transformers arcing near Rockport

8:24 p.m. - Spotter reports the funnel cloud over NE part of Jackson.

8:20 p.m. - Numerous reports of a funnel cloud over Jackson. Cape Girardeau Fire Department, EMA and trained spotter reporting.

8:10 p.m. - Funnel cloud reported about 2 miles west of Cape Girardeau

8 p.m. - Numerous reports of trees on cars and homes in Alto Pass

8 p.m. - About a half dozen reports of funnel clouds going up and down near Oak Ridge.

7:50 p.m. - Funnel cloud spotted 1 mile west of Old Appleton

7:12 p.m. - A couple of reports of larger than quarter-sized hail near Perryville

6:16 p.m. - Spotters report funnel cloud of varying intensity, occasionally seems to dissipate near Otwell

6:03 p.m. - Several reports of a rotating funnel cloud or wall cloud over Petersburg

5:05 p.m. - Numerous large trees down and broken trees west of Williamson County airport. Old Fairfield Road blocked by downed tree about 1 mile west of AP. reported about 7 p.m.
