EAST PRAIRIE, MO (KFVS) -

Nearly a dozen children received dental care Tuesday in East Prairie.

The SEMO Health Network partnered with SEMO University, and worked in collaboration with a children's outreach program through the Full Gospel Church to provide dental services for the community's children.

SEMO Health Network provides primary health care for patients in medically under served rural communities.

Dr. Gail Redman, SEMO Health Network Dental Director said, "Some of these kids have abscessed teeth and its important to get that taken care of before it gets worse."

The S.H.O.W Mobile will be at the Full Gospel Church in East Prairie until Thursday.
