SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A crash on northbound I-55 near the 84.4 mile marker had traffic down to one lane Monday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, around 6:30 p.m. Monday a Charter cable truck was passing an 18-wheeler when the 18-wheeler veered into the cable truck's lane. The cable truck went into the median, overcorrected and drove back onto the road where it hit the 18-wheeler's side.

The man driving the cable truck was taken to a Cape Girardeau hospital with minor injuries.
