CLINTON, KY (KFVS) -

A Clinton man was arrested Friday at 4:30 p.m after meth and drug paraphernalia was found at home off of Hwy. 58 and 307.

Johnnie Montgomery was charged with manufacturing meth first degree, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth precursors. His bond was set at $7,500.

According to Hickman County Sheriff Mark Green, sheriff's office deputies and Clinton police conducted a "knock and talk" in Fulgham at the corner of Hwy. 58 and 307. He said Montgomery gave officers consent when several meth making and using items were found.

The Hickman County Sheriff's Office and Graves County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene to help with cleanup and removal of toxins.
